complaints process????

Hi can anyone help me please? i have been severely lied to and now face high costs to leave the company as my bills were gettin higher and higher!!!  In Dec 2015 was told by customer services my contract was up for renewal 2nd Jan 2016, this has turned out to be a lie as it apparently does not end while july, i now face 132.99 charges fro leaving early!!!! not happy at all, my bills were getting higher and higher and sky offered mme a much better deal....... on callint to complain the advisor didnt and was not listening to what i said and basicly called me a liar, also my phone goes to sky on 9th feb, i ve just been billed to 25TH Feb, really cant understand this. i have been constantly told different information, the customer srvices team can barely speak englist and constantly lie to you, who can i complain to does anyone know as they wont listen at all??? also to add insult to injury they also want a you view box which i never recieved and are sayin i will be charged for that too!!! disgusted does not cut it really.
