well as I said I got one of their team to contact me and look into the problem but as you said I will get higher incompetence the higher you go. Well I never got any more updates to let me know if the appointment has been brought forward or not, I did send an email to see if there is any solutions but did not even get a reply to that.
So I have just as well wait for this engineer visit that I managed to bring forward to the 28th of January from the 9th of february lets hope he turns up.
