Number added. I have spent more time going back and forth with call centre people in the last week than in my entire time (6 years) with the Sky when I had the account with them, many moons ago. Would be great to get a resolution.
I have had the master socket changed by Openreach, it says I have 7.7-8.2 flowing in to the property. I am using the powerline adapters (wifi ones) and they are direct in to the wall not a extension cable. I have done a speed test just now and I am getting 6.7 off my laptop. This should still be enough to get the sky channels and uninterrupted youview service right?
Maybe its just Talk Talk aren't very good in my area, in which case I guess i need to change provider as I did ask when I was transferring if they had a good reliable service and I was told they were very good in this area? Image may be NSFW.
