Oh boy oh boy ,I had Talk Talk installed in July such fun with that & the promise of call backs from Talk Talk ,I can notch up as zero ;recent problems still on going no internet for 38 hours but of course no problems with line at their end ; of course no call back just me having to ring & if I hear 1 more sorry I will scream .
Now some limited internet but delayed & interrupted streaming problem ,also questions will I get credited back for no internet,will I get my streaming sorted ,how many more calls will have to make against the persistent lying of somebody will call me back .
Is it now wonder people are joining say Plusnet because the customer service is UK based & I have heard some Bright Sparks engineers are sick & tired of being left information less or promises from customer service that don't materialise .
Well i 'all just wait for my call back but that will probably occur on the day I retire .
