Although I have reported my fault to TT but no contact for 24 hrs. I've tried again to reset/recover box but no luck. Just can't get through them without having to turn boix off midway just after retuning digital channels
No boosts and MyView not useable, Netflix works though.
I have a job number for reference , but I would be surprised if any other solution was on the table other than replacement.
I will now will only update as I get contact from TT support so you can judge for yourselves how long they take to reply/resolve
