Hi there,

 

Thanks.  The line speed is fine, I have tried retuning once, but I will try again and get back to you.  I phoned TalkTalk too and got through to someone.  I explained the issue, and then there was a bit of quiet, then he said he could hear some 'music' on the online, then I got put on hold and then he came back on the line, and pretended he couldn't hear me.  Laughable!  I am getting no help from TalkTalk at all. Tried the Chat facility too, and asked for a manager to call me.  Three days later and no-one has.  Hence, I am resorting to the community of sensible people who may be able to come up with something.  Your response was quicker than any response I've ever had from TalkTalk in the last ten years.
