Cannot see Childrens TV Boost

Hello,

I recently went for the free upgarde to TV an opted for the childresn TV boosta dn I see I get the sky boost as a bonus, I can see the sky boost and on demand etc but cannot see the childrens boost. Channels 480 upwards I cannot access, I can see them in the guide but when pressing I get an error and ask to see support.youview.com and search for IPC6023. All appears fine with everything apart from the childresn boost, my box is a HUAWEI DN372T.
