Re: Inclusive free PictureBox films missing from new Plus TV package, customer services not helping!

Hi Karl.

 

Well after many hours, literally, of discussions with both customer services and the loyalty team the net result is not a lot. Help has been promised more than once but alas for sorting out the problem, well that never actually materialised. Here is one example which seems unnecessarily complicated but that was confirmed by email:

Please be advised that we have added the free picture box boost for 3 months, we will re-apply the boost after 3 months or as soon as the discount ends. You have been offered 18 months half price call plan and 12 months Line Rental.

No picture box has materialised on my youview box. 

 

There now seems also to be confusion about my agreed price plan, which was a Black Friday deal.

 

And, today I received a talktalk returns package in the post!
