Unable to see TV channel boosts in EPG

I have recently upgraded to TalkTalk Plus TV and received my box a couple of days ago.  Everything seems set up however the channel boosts do not show up in the EPG.  I can access the TalkTalk player which shows the boosts we have however for example the Sky Sports boost, when I go to this it says that I should go to channel 402 which is not in the EPG.

I also upgraded to Fibre Broadband at the same time which is also set up however I am only seeing speeds of between 6-9Mbps when I was advised it should be 15Mbps+.  I am not sure if this is possibly the cause?
