U have still no phone, no broadband andno TV! Before I upgraded on 11 December and up until my "completion" date I had a phone. Since the afternoon before the completion date on 28th December I have not been able to receive phone calls. I have contacted the TalkTalk help every 2 days since then and still no phone.I am promised updates within 24 - 48 hours by TalkTalk but never receive them. I live only 250 yards fro telephone exchange and there are OpenReach ehgineers available. I have asked them to help but they cant without a job number from TalkTalk. Why are TalkTalk not reporting my fault and giving a job number?
