No SKY channels

Hi

I have a TT plus account with fibre and have successfully connected the new TT provided router (Huawei HG633) and am getting a satisfyingly d/l high speed of ~37Mbps.

I've installed the Huawei TV box and this works with good connection to All4 and ITV on demand players (BBC iPlayer has intermittent connection problems). Unfortunately my sky channels and sky sport upgrade are absent and despite the TalkTalk helpline talking me thru rebooting/resetting my YouView box no solution has been offered.

From other posts it doesn't look like I'm alone on this sort of problem - can anyone check my account/connection and advise how I can activate the Sky channels?
