I'm trying to access the Talktalk Player to take advantage of the free stuff you are offering and my free upgrade. I have entered my name and last four digits of my account number (I've tried TT acc num, bank acc num, PIN) but it keeps saying the details are incorrect.
I've seen at least a dozen similar problems on these boards but none actually tell you how to fix it.
Please help
