Hi, 

 

All settings are showing correct this side. Multicast is enabled at the port, line speeds are fine etc.

 

Checked the TV database directly and compared it with your account, all details match up, all relevant reference numbers, package ID's are all linked, no issues showing with this.

 

Nothing stands out, so the engineer will need to swap out the box to see if that is at fault.
