Wanted to take advantage of the loyalty bonus for my tv essentials etc. tried to via talktalk accounts page and by phone and still nothing has been done. On checking my account details am still being charged the full amount and it should be half price.
Have spoken to talktalk again by phone to find out what is going on. Clould not get any satifactory answers apart from blaming another member of the staff. Am now waiting(with baited breath) for a promised phone call from A talktalk rep. Am still waiting.
Is talktalk waiting for after the 31 December so they can inform me I am too late. Service I have received from Talktalk during the past 18 months has been apalling. Am surprised I am still a customer.
