Doesn`t get much better. Phoned in eventually got loyalty person `Angel` not at all helpful talking over the top of me, just quoting off the computer, not answering the question asked, and not making any other offers. Asked for supervisor and guess what `mysteriously` got cut off.
Next question is if you are in the wrong and you want to keep a customer then my obvious action plan would be to have one of the loyalty team PHONE ME and help as much as possible.
