Just received an email stating that my order wit talkTalk (ref 51063804) has been cancelled !
as you can see, it tells you very little about what has been cancelled.
This prompted me to contact Livechat.
They say....

Vijay:
Your TV services order has been cancelled not your broadband and land line order.
However, the reason is not updated yet."
As I do not subscribe to any channels - and the only channels I am subscribing to are;
The free UKTV channels that were surposed to be available between 7th Dec until 5th January
I can only assume that it was this 'order' that has been cancelled - but why ?
(Not at home, so unable to check anything in My Account, nor able to check my TalkTalk box to see if these 'free' UKTV' channels are still available to watch free.)
