hi i have exactly the same issue plus my other channels have gotten a really poor reception also.
i have asked talk talk why these channels are not available and they told me these chammels were not on my boosts, although the plus box advert says you get these automatically.
i have been in contact with talk talk on saturday and they said they would escalate this issue that should get a resolution by SMS since that call at 12.35 on saturday afternoon i hane one SMS to say "your fault has ben logged" to say customer service is poor is an understatement.
