Up until a few weeks ago I have had access to Sky1, Sky2, Sky Arts, etc. internet channels but now receive the dreaded IPC6023 error code. I am on fibre with 30mbps speeds and on Talktalk Plus TV tarriff. Nothing has changed with my equipment (all Talktalk supplied with latest router). Youview box up-to-date with software and has been reset, channel scans, etc. Can someone please explain what is going on??

Forgot to add that Sky on Demand works perfectly. I'm hearing talk of "resetting data/TV port" but believe this is something done from Talktalk side. Pleae can someone from customer support resolve this. I called the support number and they were of no help whatsoever.
