Hi,
Since having YouView for a year now i randomly get this issue from time to time, luckily not daily.
I receive a popup on screen which states that the signal from my aerial is weak or has been lost (The message you would receive if you were to pull the aerial out). All channels are black. If i try to watch a recording which has recorded during the time this error occurred, it shows as being recorded but when i hit play i receive the error IPC6024 and it fails to play.
The aerial is absolutely fine and i get a brilliant picture. The issue is NOT with the aerial.
To fix the issue, i have to turn the YouView box off with the switch at the back and reboot it. Then everything is back to normal except for the failed recordings which completely disappear.
Obviously as it's not a daily issue and the fact a reboot fixes it, you may think well it's not that bad an issue? But the reason it's becoming very annoying is the fact i'm missing programmes which should have recorded but failed due to this fault.
Any advice?
