Following the hacking of TT in August my computer was password locked. I had a new hard-drive fitted and had to by a new disc to reload the operating system. The cost to me was £80.00 and as I am on a low pension this was quite a loss.
Are TT going to be compensating people following such losses??
The people whe caused this problem had my full name, post code and account details. I had heard nothing at this time to indicate that TT were being targetted and this only seemed to mentioned months later. The person who called me even arranged for an engineer to call on the Thursday following in order to change or reset the router (which of course they never did).
