We've had nothing but problems since we signed up for the TV package in October and subsequently found that we couldn't use it because our download speeds were too low - which was not pointed out at the time the package was sold to us. We were without our downstairs phone for 3 weeks due to an engineer's *@#][!![]'#[@#]!*-up, and our internet speeds were a joke. We couldn't get anywhere with the customer services people in India, and in desperation we wrote to the Head Office in this country. That was about two months ago now, and we're still waiting for a reply. Since then we've been offered a free fibre upgrade, then subsequently told it is not available in our postcode area despite uswitch and other comparison websites stating that it is. Says it all about this joke organisation I think, and it's about time they were investigated by the regulators because they should really not be in business.
