Hi,
The speed of your line is borderline, and your account has been placed on an On Demand only package. This means that you will not receive the included sky channels, but will have been issues with the picture box boost.
As your line speed is just over 5mb, you can try the IP channels, but until tested I cannog guarantee the quality etc.
If you give our customer services a call tomorrow (they're having a system issue currently), and request they change your account package to Multicast, then you can see if the channels work correctly for you. If not, this can be reverted back to Unicast.
This change does not affect any billing or prices etc.
