Hi,
If you are seeing the IPC6023 errors on some of the multicast (internet) channels, Can you please try the following :
• Power off the YouView Box (switch at the back).
• Factory reset the router. - Hold a pin or paperclip in reset hole for 10 seconds.
• Once the router is up and the Internet light is Green, power the other devices back on.
• Then retest.
