I cannot understand why TT said on a med fibre broadband you get 38MB wireless or cable;

When actually we are getting in your case 10MB and of course me 1.5MB.

I am 1/4 mile from the exchange.

So therefore, I have reasons to beleive we are not getting the service what we pay for.

I do exsept at peak times our broasband will drop,

I have been on line mostly off peak and my broadband is still very slow.
