I had similar issues and the problem turned out to be at the exchange, so something TT sorted out. If you are testing the speed make sure you are not relying upon the wireless speed, as mine is a lot less than connecting directly to the router, (I get 30 MB with a direct connection and around 10 MB wireless) probably because everything else is grabing the bandwidth as well.
