Had a bumpy start with TalkTalk, but things seem to be getting better now.
My line speed is now in sync at 5.3Mbps, and has been stable at this speed for at least 24 hours now, but I am unable to receive the Internet TV channels. I have tried resetting the YouView box, re-tuning, updating software, updating on demand players etc but still get nothing. The channels don't even show in the TV Guide.
TalkTalk Player is there, and worked to let me watch a help video when I quickly wanted to test it, but the live channels are nowhere to be seen in the TT Player either.
This is using the Huawei DN370T that you supplied me with a couple of days ago (which had been used by someone in London, still had their postcode and TV recordings saved in it up until I did a full factory reset!) and the new router you supplied me with. Before this point I had been using my own Humax YouView box connected to the router. I don't know if that would make a difference and cause this problem?
(Just to clarify I have tried both the standard reset, and the maintenence mode one too, as well as reverting the router to factory settings, and restarting it. Since then the TV light on the router is now on where it wasn't before, but the extra channels are still missing)
Is there anything I am missing or is this a TT problem?
