Why is it that so many customers can't access their free upgrade choices online? What is being done about it? (and please don't give us the "we are working really hard to solve it" answer) There are other threads here in which these types of questions have been asked and have got zero replies to. We waited until the 9th Dec to make our choice online precisely because we cannot bear the hassle and stress of using TalkTalks appalling "customer services" phone lines only to be told to do just that.
I, like many others, will not be holding my breath waiting for some kind of response from you we will just continue to be ignored I,m sure.
