The Free Upgrades you asked me to choose are of no good to me. Is this another deliberate ploy of Talk Talk to treat their Loyal Customers (Dodi Harding CEO) quote 'Like idiots'. I imagined I would be compensated well for my 11 year loyalty to you plus all the hassle in Cyber Attack. I renewed my contract for another 18 months with you.
