So TalkTalk's only solution for mistakes based on miscommunication that tend to happen when accessing the non-UK based call-centres is to talk to someone else in a non-UK based call-centre?
No ill intent directed at you or other OCEs, Chris, but if free upgrade offered was never intended to include film changes then the TalkTalk website page regarding the upgrades was terribly misleading and has just burnt more bridges rather than repaired them, so the complaint probably ought to go further up; if as OCEs you guys can't deal with this, please escalate to the CEO office please.
