Hello. New here and wondering, frankly, if I've made a mistake. Although I was told the company offered services 'basically like what you've got with Virgin now', a number of things are less good. Is there any way for instance, of getting a 'TV anywhere' service, so I can watch my TV channels on my laptop if I'm away from home?
Also, the recording options seem to be very different, with everything needing to be plugged in - which I'm very unhappy about, I don't like leaving appliances plugged on when I'm away in case of fire - and with Virgin, only the Tivo plug needed to be in.
Waiting for the boost to see if my two fave channels, which, despite what the salesperson said, are not included, are in this. If not, with all the other probs, and if there's no TV anywhere option, I think I'm returning to Virgin. Expensive, yes, but I can see why now I've seen the competition, to be frank.
