I think from around Friday 4th Dec all our Internet TV channels have stopped working across two separate You view boxes.
I subscribe to The Kids package and Sky Sports, no football for me this weekend :-(
I have re booted the router several time, both you view boxes reset to factory defaults. All other Internet access fine, we can stream BBC iplayer etc to several devices. No power lines, all you views connected direct via Ethernet. You view boxes confirmed as having Internet access (settings -> Network)
What's going on? How can I get my paid for channels back? All that is displayed is the IPC6023 message.
