Hi,
I've recently switched away from TalkTalk and have received a letter and a returns bag in the post, asking for my 'Free' Youview box to be sent back. Like others, I was told this was free when I signed up again last year and this was part of the incentive for me to sign up again.
I really don't have time to get on the phone to the Customer Service team to discuss this and have seen some horror stories on here about being told one thiing on the phone and then getting emails/letters/charges to the contrary later on - as always, never trust anything you get told on the phone!!!
So would an OCE be kind enough to clarify the situation in my case please so that I know what I've got to do and why I've got to do it, because I'm confused as to why I'm being asked to send this back when I've reached the end of my contract.
