Losing access to TT youview, catch up channels and Sky channels

Hi All,

In the last few days, I have noticed an intermittent drop in Internet connection and youview box, which now has completely lost.

I can't access Internet channels or TT youview. I have checked the powrline adaptors and reset their connection just in case. All the lights on the adaptors are green and solid. The lights on TT super router all flashing EXCEPT the TV light which is off.

I have rebooted the router couple of times, and finally decided to restore to factory setting, but didn't solve the problem.

All other Internet connections, speed, wifi are working fine apart from Youview connection.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
