Can an OCE look at this please?
I had a conversation with the telephone support people which resulted in them testing my line and finding no issues. I now have an engineer appointment for Monday but the fact that I am paying for a service and have not yet been able to watch anything even once is immensely annoying! Now I will be without TV for the weekend as well.
I have done some digging around in the router (DG633) and found the following;

As you can see, my internet connection is working fine, but the WAN for the IPTV service hasnt received a single packet. This suggests to me that the service isnt active despite me being told otherwise.
EDIT : I have just tried putting my router in Bridge mode which didnt make any difference.
EDIT 2: I have also tried manual IP settings without any luck.
