So despite the data breach, I arranged a home move and tied myself in again to another contract. Moved in to new place yesterday, plugged in router in advance for switch over today, and found I was already connected, checked TV and boost channels etc all appearing in the guide and working fine. Great I thought. Until this afternoon, my kids told me that they could not get Cartoon Network or any of their other channels. So I checked, and lo and behold, no internet channels at all in the guide, cannot play any recorded internet channel programmes, as I get an IPC6038 error, then when clicking ok, a YVM105 error. I have retuned numerous times, reset the box etc, but still the same. on demand players working fine.
Not a happy bunny that a simple home move could not be done without TT messing up.
Can an OCE please sort this out, and advise what the issue was and the root cause of it.
