It sounds like you are having some problems with internet channels. Have you raised the problem to try and get your issues addresssed.
TalkTalk has many thousands of IPTV customers - yes problems can happen - but it is relatively rare.
But if you have a problem you need your own dedicated thread to have it properly addresssed - multiple postings to other customers threads can be interpretted as spamming as it can negatively effect the workflow queue.
