I had the same problem just a few days ago and tried the same fixes but none worked for me... in the end I tried a factory reset without keeping my recordings and this worked for me. It was a real pain to lose not just my recordings but also my scheduled recordings but it saved having an engineer come out. Of course this may not work for you and you may not want to do it anyway!
