I had a similar problem, I moved house and tols TT the date to come and set up my TT at my new address, it has taken them 3 months to get me on line, I ended up having to go to the Ombudsman to complain as I was told I had to pay over £500 to switch provider so I cancelled my Direct Debit and you should do the same or they will definitely take it out of your account and then it will take you ages to get your money back ok.
