Hi, help from all gladly appreciated!
I joined TT 3Mth ago, at the time I explained I would be moving in 3m and was told no problem, just let us know 10 days in advance and no problem. So, 2wk ago I phoned about my move, however TT could not find my postcode therefore could / would not move me, we are now in our new home, our postcode is on the post office website and still TT cannot find it, they also tell me it could take 28 days to update their server and by the way when they do move me my 18mth contract restarts!
1. Can anyone think of a way of getting TT to accept we have moved to a real house.
2.Why should we pay for a service we are not getting
3 We now have no phone or Internet to contact TT so how will I ever know when they will connect me.
4 We have now had a letter saying we are breaking our contract and have to pay £380, should I cancel my DD to prevent them taking the money when it is them that are breaking the contract?
Sorry this is so long but I have contacted them so many times and got nowhere I thought I would try a different tack.
