Hi,

 

This is a strange one, I've gone through the line history and I can see a drop. All the network levels look fine, no increase in errors, no fluctuations of attenuation or snr  Nothing to indicate any network event causing this. It's always possible BT are tinkering at the exchange or cabinet around those times, but difficult to tell as we have no visibility of their movements.
