Can someone please help?
Ever since we set up TalkTalk TV we periodically receive this IPC 6023 message on our Internet channels. We use a TalkTalk router (albeit not the newest one) and have it connected to our router via the powerline adapters (both plugged directly into the wall). When this message occurs, the picture freezes and we have to go off the channel and then back on to get the channel working again. This gets very frustrating, especially when it happens quite a few times in a row! It is also very frustrating when it happens during a recording as when we watch it back, we miss parts of the programme.
I've read the TAlkTalk pages about what to do when this happens and nothing has worked. Can someone suggest what may fix this problem? Thanks!
