It seems to me that your sales people should also be trained to understand that the TV PLUS equipment is close to useless for customers without an aerial. After all, in my case a change to my phone package was all I needed.
Still I now have a 12V 2A power adaptor I may be able to use elsewhere and a cheaper monthly outlay to look forward to. On that point I wait with anticipation for my next bill as I was also told to ignore my email package confirmation which would show a monthly premium of £20 was to be charged where in fact I would only pay £10 per month.
