Thank you for that Karl. I came home to a message today asking me to phone and arrange for an engineer to come out and see to the problem. However after an hour on hold all I was told to do was the same as you asked me to do the other day with resetting everything! I was placed on and off hold for a further half hour. I kept trying to explain that I was told to phone and make an appointment but not allowed to do this and kept being told that was from a different department?? I don't understand and gave up out of sheer frustration. Any suggestions?
