Yesterday I cancelled my original 9 month Sky Sports Boost and took up the new 18 month Sky Sports Boost
I did this via online chat with no problems. (I didn`t consider using the phone option)
There has been no interruption to the Sky Sports stream and I have email confirmation of cancelling the old boost and adding the new boost.
Just make sure that you are out of minimum commitment for any boost you cancel!
