Not sure why they would say that if you already have a service at your current address but you may find that your address is not listed (this often occurs with new builds) or that your address is listed, but isn't completely correct. If this happens to you, make sure that you contact Royal Mail. To amend or add your new address, simply head to the Royal Mail website and change the details. Remember, it can take up to 24 hours to confirm your new address' corrections, so make sure that you check back after that time.
