I wish I was at the end of my contract so I could leave. I've been with Talk-Talk since they took over Tiscali. Since the hack I've had problem after problem, Microsoft have blacklisted Talk-Talk so I can't send emails. I been trying to sort out the problem but can't get a sensible answer from Talk-Talk - in fact one advisor told me it wasn't true until I read referred them to their own technical department. They say "My Account" is up and running but most of the it isn't. Web Mail doesn't seem to be working properly. I just get answers like "we are working on problem" (but they don't know when or if it is going to be fixed) and they keep thanking me for my patience but I am afraid is rapidly running out.
