I am at the end of my contract phoned retensions at the end of last month a bit but not good enough and it was for 18 months don't like that at all, so was just waiting for my paid up line rental to finish only to find when myaccount came back at the bottom of the home page was a "we have offered you a bonus " button, went to it been offered 50% off and if I stay with them for 12months. Have not taken it yet still thinking.
