We have started to develop a problem with our powerline adapters. We have had them for a few years now and all has been fine but recently they keep losing their connection. I can reset or re-pair them which works for a little while but then they go back into a "connecting" status so we can't use any of the youview functionality. We arranged to have an engineer out to have a look but the morning he was due to arrive, they were connected permanently for hours so it looked like the problem was resolved. We cancelled the engineer and were charged 30 pounds which we were unhappy with. A couple of hours later the problem returned and we are now in the same position, but 30 pounds down. I have seen other people post similar messages and have been provided with new adapters as they were deemed as being faulty. How do I go about getting a couple of new ones ??
I don't want to arrange another engineer visit to find out that the connection is up the entire time he is here and to be charged 65 pounds for the priviledge.
Any help with this would be appreciated
