I have carried out the usual checks as listed in the reference document you suggested, however the second document will not open and I get an error message 'recheck the url'. This may be as a result of some website pages still being not available whilst the website is being rebuilt. These suggestions are contradictory however, an engineer visited recently and exchanged the "super router" as I was getting random drops in broadband speed, he told me not to switch the router on and off as a check for faults as the router needed time to settle and it was advisable to leave it on all the time.anyway. This buffering is intermittent again, so that when it does work why should I suddenly have to recheck all the connections, surely when it is working O/K then the connections are O/K and then for a plugged in connection to suddenly work loose is illogical. These connections are behind the TV setup so there is no random physical disturbance to suddenly work them loose. I accept that the 'youview' box requires a physical reset as that seems to be a frequent requirement for this type of equipment and is usually my first step when problems arise. 

So I have checked all the connections at this end are as they should be, what now?
