Hello and thanks for the reply. I hadn't thought about this and yes the powerline adaptor is on a double plug which also has the router connected to it. I've tried the powerline adaptor on another socket and it seems fine, so may well leave it on to see what happens. Thanks and maybe this solution could be forwarded to technical, as they seemed a bit lost?
